How do I send my files?
If you are located within a 5 mi. radius of Libertyville we provide free pick-up and delivery for orders over $100. We also offer ftp upload, idisk and email sending options. Please call 847-247-8827 or email project@ok-direct.com and we will get you started. You may also mail us a CD or DVD (required for CD/DVD duplication services). USPS ship to address: P.O. Box 6568, Libertyville, IL 60048-6568. UPS, FedEx, Airborne ship to address: 215 Homewood Drive, Libertyville, IL 60048-2123.
How fast will my project get printed?
Our turnaround times vary depending on the size of your project. Please call 847-247-8827 or email project@ok-direct.com for a custom turn time.
Can you use my UPS or FedEx shipping account number?
Yes, otherwise we will ship via FedEx using our account number.
Do you keep my files?
Yes, we do keep your files electronically in our PrePress Department. We don't guarantee them, though. Please maintain copies of all of your own files. We will delete client files upon request at job completion.
What file formats do you support?
We accept the following formats: Adobe Illustrator (CS3 and under), Adobe InDesign (CS3 and under), Quark XPress (6.5 and under), Adobe Photoshop (CS3 and under), Adobe Acrobat PDF (8.0 and under), TIFF, EPS, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint. Please either convert all text to outlines in your artwork, embed, or include the fonts used with your files.
Bitmap artwork must be at least 300 dpi and CMYK color space.
Do you revise or create art files?
Yes. Please call us at 847-247-8827 for a custom quote for your project.
Do you set barcodes?
Yes. We will set any standard barcode type. We require client approval of barcode before job replication.
I'm not a technical person? How can you help me?
Please call 847-247-8827 or email project@ok-direct.com and we will get you headed in the right direction. If you require additional services, we can provide them or refer you to someone who can.
Do you ship to International destinations?
Yes, we charge a $20 per box to process required customs forms. We ship via FedEx International for shipping outside the U.S.
Can you send me a sample?
Yes. Tell us about your project, and we will send you relevant sample.
What are my payment options?
We require COD for first orders. We accept all major credit cards online via PayPal. Upon credit approval, we will extend 30 days net at our discretion.
What if I have a correction to my project?
We require client sign-off on all orders, so please check proofs very carefully before signing. If, however, a mistake is found, please contact us immediately at 847-247-8827. We will do whatever is necessary to minimize costs, correct the error and/or replace the materials. We are not responsible for damaged shipments, and will not be held liable for delays in time sensitive materials based upon carrier negligence. In the case of a damaged shipment, please contact us at 847-247-8827 so we can notify our carrier and do our utmost to rectify the issue. We insure all shipped orders.
